Each of oval shape, worked in chenille and silk threads and painted, reserved on a silk ground, depicting a shepherdess and classical maidens, one accompagnied by a child.
One pair height without gilt-gesso frames 9 inches (23 cm), width 6 1/4 inches (16 cm).
One pair height without gilt-gesso frames 9 1/2 inches (24 cm), width 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm).
