The gilt-tooled brown leather lined slant front opening to reveal a fitted interior with pigeon holes flanked at each side by three small drawers, all above above two short drawers on cabriole legs with later gilt-bronze hoof-shaped sabots.

Overall with small veneer losses, stained areas and small imperfections, the underside with small modern reinforcement blocks, traces of inactive woodworm, top and sides with shrinkage cracks, overall in good condition.
