Additional Notes & Condition Report

Shade: the top rim edge appears to have been partially ground down along one side, however, it is not readily visually detectable, more so only by touch; the fitter rim and the rest of the shade appear to be in good condition; engraved Quezal signature; there are some pinhead size paint splatter spots on the exterior side of the shade

Base: electrified; appears to retain its original three ballscrews; the adjustable mechanism appears to be in working condition and the lug nut appears to be original; the patina is mottled dark brown and orange-red and is quite worn, dull and dirty; the three glass tiles appear to be original and in generally good condition; one tile may have had a small loss to the reverse "chunky" side, however, it is difficult to ascertain whether it has always been this way or not since each of these appears to have been originally chiseled, as made at the factory; needs to be re-wired; each of the glass jewels in the socket area appears to be in good condition
