Circa 1760, in the manner of Thomas Chippendale

Each line incised backrest with geometric paleing above conforming lattice armrests and solid mahogany drop-in seat, on square legs with pierced brackets, each chair frame and drop-in seat numbered with corresponding Roman numerals I-VI.

Good quality, overall good condition, restorations to backs, replacements to brackets, old marks and scratches, scattered chips, scuffs to legs, especially corners of legs, chair IIII with repair to back left stile, chair III with repaired breaks to arm at juncture of stiles.
