The varicolored sheets of the issue stapled in a printed title sheet (with claim that the cover designed by Andy Warhol), possibly lacking a thicker wrapper. 11 x 8 1/2 inches (28 x 22 cm); approximately 60 leaves with typed or mimeographed text on rectos only. Some light creasing, clean overall.

A scarce issue of this New York City published magazine with contributions by the Beats. This issue opens with a New Yorker styled "Talk of the Town" followed by poetry and other contributions by Laurence Ferlinghetti, Michael McClure, Ed Sanders, Leroi Jones, Allen Ginsberg, Ted Berigan, Gerard Malanga, Peter Orlovsky, Gregory Corso and others. We trace a few copies of earlier issues in the auction record and amongst the trade but no copy of his 1965 Third Anniversary issue.
