Hazelton, 1915. First edition. Publisher's red cloth with pictorial cover label. 8 3/4 x 6 3/4 inches (22 x 17 cm); (vii) 142 pp.; frontispiece, plates throughout, some in color. Spine a trifle faded with the title marked in ink, a few plates with minor foxing or toning.
Issued in a larger format than most of Hazelton's books, and quite early. "All of [Hazelton's] books are scarce" (Biscotti).
