Lowell, and with "Compliments of the Author" card laid in. Publisher's green cloth, gilt lettered, top edge gilt. 9 x 6 inches (23 x 15 cm); 65 pp., frontispiece and plates after photographs. Extremities barely rubbed, slight spine lean, altogether a lovely example.
An uncommon privately printed volume recounting the author's partridge hunting adventures in New Hampshire and New York.
