The domed shade in mottled green and white colored slag glass and decorated with a colorful floral band, raised on a flower-form base, solid heat cap, shade and base unmarked. Height 23 1/2 inches; height of shade 7 1/4 inches, diamter 16 inches.
Shade: shade is somewhat out of round (measures 16 1/4 inches across in one direction and 15 5/8 inches across the opposite direction); approximately three of the individual glass segments in the lower double geometric "brick" band have tight hairline cracks; approximately three of the individual glass segments in the upper and central geometric band have tight hairline cracks; approximatyely twenty of the individual glass segments that comprise the floral band have tight hairline cracks (it is difficult to obtain an accuate assessment due to, for example, striations in the glass or "strawmarks" in the glass); the greatest concentration of glass segments with hairline cracks in the floral band is in an area where the shade has been pushed in; it seems the shade may have two different pushed in areas; no glass segments are missing and there are no obvious signs of restoration (solder repair) or glass substitution
Base: some dings and dents; wear and dulling to patina; some scratches through patina; three light sockets are marked HUBBELL; the light sockets have pull chains ending in acorn terminals; the lamp is currently wired; the light sockets, pull chains and wiring were not tested
Cap: some dings and dents, including a small area of "crinkling"
