The title and street names in Georck's hand as is "Surveyed and laid out into Lots/New York March 10th 1794/By Casimir Th. Goerck/City Surveyor." 15 x 14 inches (38 x 36 cm). The map linen backed. Old damp stains, spotting, closed tears.
