First edition. 12 1/2 x 20 3/8 inches (51.5 x 32 cm); 68 pp., with 12 chromolithograph plates in the first part; 46 pp. and ten chromolithograph plates in the second part. Wrappers worn with losses, partially restored, the first part a bit creased in the upper right corner, old ownership stamp of a Perugian tobacco cultivation consortium on covers and endpaper.
A very scarce work both institutionally and in commerce, covering the types of tobacco grown in Italy (part I) and worldwide (part II). The work is scarce complete.
