Plaque: appears to be in good, undamaged condition; examined out of frame; there are approximately two small shallow flake/chip losses to the rim edge of the plaque on the reverse side, not of great consequence; there are some scattered small shallow circular depressions to the body surface of the plaque, visible on the front side, in the making; currently, there is no carboard backing (plaque is exposed at the back); not black lighted
