Of slightly curved rectangular form with cut corners, centering a rectangular aperture with a seed pearl border, enameled in translucent pale blue over a chevron engine-turned ground, applied on four sides with two-color gold trails of laurel leaves centering rosettes, all within a laurel-chased border. Length 3 inches (7.6 cm).

In generally good condition. One laurel trail slightly bent; the opposing laurel tral missing one leaf at the end. Some minor surface scratches to enamel in areas.
