EISENHOWER, DWIGHT D.
Group of four typed letters signed
, single page, addressed to Paul C. Cabot. Two are on White House stationery, dated February 21, 1955 and November 13, 1956. The third is headed "Office of Dwight D. Eisehhower," and is dated December 29, 1952, presumably during his Presidential campaign. The last is on Eisenhower's personal stationery and is dated May 4, 1965. Traces of old adhesive on the verso, at the top of the sheets, with some show-through, especially on the last letter. The signatures are strong and firm.
Paul Cabot was the Treasurer of Harvard from 1948 to 1965. He was the founder of the first American mutual fund.
