DOYLE Boston x Astrid Burns

Boston, MA — DOYLE Boston is pleased to partner with Astrid Burns Art Gallery & Advisory on a special exhibition in celebration of International Women's Day. The exhibition titled What the Material Remembers will feature works by Mary Ball, Molly Hatch, Kim Drucker Stockwell, Suzy Spence, Shelley Reed and Maggie Robertson.

Each artist in the exhibition approaches material as both subject and archive — whether through reclaimed elements, traditional techniques, or experimental processes —highlighting the ways personal and collective histories are encoded within matter itself. Together, the works form a dialogue that puts at the forefront women’s voices and perspectives within contemporary art, while reflecting on the past’s ongoing influence on the present.
