NEW YORK, NY -- Doyle held a sale of Contemporary Fine Art on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Showcased were a wide range of affordable paintings, prints and sculpture spanning the Post-War years to the present day by established and emerging artists.
A highlight of the sale was a circa 1973 untitled work by Egyptian artist Zeinab Al Sageny (b. 1930) that soared past its estimate of $4,000-6,000 to achieve $44,800. Al Sagaeny is known for her evocative portrayals of women and her deep connection to Egyptian landscapes, such as this oil on panel depicting a woman rowing a boat.
