Doyle offers prints from the 17th century to the present in approximately fifteen sales each year. Included are a wide range of artists at all price levels.
Auctions of Prints and Multiples are held semiannually and feature Old Master prints by such artists as Rembrandt, Dürer and Goya. Modern European masters are represented by Picasso, Chagall, Matisse and Miró among others. American prints include works by Whistler, Cassatt, Childe Hassam, Thomas Hart Benton, Martin Lewis and Grant Wood. Contemporary prints and multiples are highlighted by Richard Diebenkorn, Keith Haring and Jeff Koons. These sales also include posters by such leading artists as Bonnard, Cheret, Mucha and Toulouse-Lautrec and ceramics by Pablo PIcasso.
Historic American prints, including works by Audubon and Currier & Ives, are offered in the auctions of American Furniture, Decorations and Paintings. Modern and Contemporary prints are featured in the Doyle+Design® auctions, and Decorative prints are included in the English and Continental sales and in the Doyle at Home® sales.
