Cast from a model by Georges Flamand, circa 1905
In the form of three sirens swept up in the water, with a concealed inkwell with a blossom-form hinged cover, inscribed G. Flamand, engraved on the reverse side Manasse '05. Height 4 inches, length 11 1/4 inches.

Appears to be in generally good condition; typical wear and dulling to the gilding, notably to some of the high points commensurate with age and handling; there is a soiled appearance, notably in some of the crevices, including the blossom finial of the inkwell and to the neck areas of all three figures; metal insert appears to be a later replacement.
