Inscribed photograph and presentation items. The photograph a three-quarters length black and white photograph of Lagerfeld inscribed "For Dawn with all my love / Karl / San Francisco Feb 15 '86." 10 x 8 inches; a calligraphic quotation from Lagerfeld in an ornate frame, possibly in his hand, dated 1986, height 7 1/2 inches; a two page signed letter from Lagerfeld gifting a group of colored Wiener Werkstätte woodcuts. About 24 colored woodcuts, 11 x 8 inches, possibly illustrating a work titled Anatole per Lagerfeld's letter ("I send you also a gift from my collection of wood prints..."); a two page autograph letter on two sheets of Lagerfeld's stationery, the lettering regarding the fashion business and mentioning Chanel; and three signed notes.
A fine group of items highlighting the relationship between the important designer Karl Lagerfeld and Dawn Mello.
