Model introduced 1931
Modeled in a standing pose, dressed in a colorful clown outfit, including a ruffle collar, concealing a balloon behind his back with his right hand and pointing with his left hand, mounted on a black painted wood base, incised C. VYSE CHELSEA. Height of figure 11 1/2 inches.
