Model no. 1005, circa 1906-07
Of flower form, with a shallow bowl with a petaled rim, raised on a flared foot, in beige color, heightened with blue, green and gilding, printed company stamp mark over the glaze, impressed model no. Height 7 1/8 inches, diameter 11 3/8 inches.

there is an irregular hairline crack visible on the inner side of the foot, which runs in a vertical direction, approximately 3 1/2 inches in length; there appear to be perhaps two other smaller adjacent fissures, not very well defined; there is evidence of professional restoration on the front side of the foot in this same area, including overpaint; there are seven small scratch protective felt pads affixed to the underside of the foot; not black lighted
