[KENNEDY, JOHN FITZGERALD] Remembering John Fitzgerald Kennedy. 1917-1963.
An uncommon, possibly privately printed work, comprising a printed folder, 4 pages of text stitched to the folder, and three facsimiles laid into a flap at rear. 11 1/2 x 9 inches (29 x 22 cm). Light soiling to the head of the folder.
From his boyhood "A Plea for a Raise" to his Presidential "Ask not what your country is going to do for you" - a scarce publication providing facsimiles of three poignant Kennedy documents. As described in the introduction "This folder contains facsimiles of three documents written by John F. Kennedy at different points in his life. The first, 'A Plea for a Raise,' is a childhood letter to his father. The second is an essay on Justice, written in 1934 for a Choate School English class. The third is a facsimile of an early draft of his Inaugural Address. A limited number of copies have been printed." We trace no others.
