Winding, the blue-gray guilloché enamel rectangular case with white trim edges and florets of rose-cut diamonds on sides, centering a circular domed white porcelian enamel dial with stylized Arabic numerals and minute indicator chapter ring, with platinum and rose-cut diamond-set hands, within a white enamel dot bezel, topped by a cylindrical amethyst push-button activated repeater, all atop a gray agate footed base with twist-wire accent, 'Nocturn' brass movement signed Brevet, nos. 2170, 30225, dial signed Cartier, case nos. 93426, 21163, agate base signed Paris 185, circa 1910. 3 x 1 7/8 x 1 1/2 inches.
