Publisher's original dark green vertically-ribbed cloth lettered in gilt on the spine, housed in a morocco backed slipcase. 8 x 5 inches; 272 pp. A fine copy with only light rubbing to corners, light spotting to first and last leaves.
Conrad's first book, issued in an edition of between 1,000 and 2,000 copies (the publisher believed the former). Cagle A1a(1); Wise 1.
