Printed certificate for one share in the property and interest of the Union School House, signed in ink "Noah Webster", countersigned by the clerk, the certificate numbered 39, with visible text on the verso. Visible area 7 x 8 1/2 inches (18 x 16 cm); framed with a portrait. A few spots, two small visible repairs to fold ends, not examined out of frame.
