London: J. Debrett, 1793. First English edition. Modern red morocco backed marbled boards, cloth slipcase. 8 1/4 x 5 inches (21 x 13 cm); [4], 129, [3 ads] pp. The title and final leaf lightly dust soiled, some foxing throughout.

The very rare first English issue of Alexander Hamilton's famous most influential state paper on manufactures, described by Howes as "the Magna Carta of industrial America."
