Robinson), all edges gilt, upper cover with an onlaid snake, small blue onlays in the corners, spine gilt extra in six compartments with small onlays, moire silk pastedown and endpapers, all edges gilt. 9 5/8 x 7 inches (24.5 x 17.5 cm); 112 pp., plates. A trifle of rubbing to the joints, otherwise a very pretty copy. Bookplates of Frank Hogan and John Kobler; Together with a set of The Tour of Doctor Syntax. London: George Routledge, n.d. The ninth edition. Three volumes in purple morocco. 9 5/8 x 6 1/4 inches (25 x 16 cm); aquatint plates throughout. Spines rubbed and a bit dry; and two others. (6)
