NEW YORK, NY -- A special section of the December 17 Doyle at Home timed auction showcased stylish furniture and decorations from an Upper East Side Townhouse Decorated by Jeffrey Bilhuber. Spirited bidding saw impressive prices realized, leading to an exceptional sale and section total of 100% by value.
Prices for furniture soared, highlighted by a pair of button-tufted club chairs estimated at $1,000-2,000 achieving $4,625 and a George III Style Black-Painted Bombé Commode estimated at $400-600 selling for $2,000.
