Complete set of twelve color etchings and aquatints, three plates en-texte, nine hors-texte, 1962, on handmade Richard de Bas wove paper with the publisher's watermark, with complete text by Saint-John Perse, the justification signed by both the artist and the author in ink, numbered 42, from the edition of 100, published by Au Vent d'Arles, Paris, the full sheets, bound in black leather-covered boards inset with purple silk and a bird collage on the front.
Largest sheets approximately 16 3/4 x 20 3/4 inches; 425 x 527 mm.
