London: Geoffrey Bles, 1938. New and revised edition, inscribed by the author. Publisher's cloth in dust jacket. 7 1/4 x 4 3/4 inches; 119 pp.; plates, half-title. Jacket very worn with old tape repairs and stains with loss to extremities, cloth lightly sunned, foxing to endpapers.
Inscribed by the author to Air Commodore John Charles Quinnell (1891-1983) on the half-title. The "Churchill Method" of wingshooting, developed by the British gunmaker and wingshooter, is still considered one of the best and easiest ways to improve one's shotgunning technique.
