Partial label affixed to the stretcher reads: Museum of Fine Arts Boston / 271 CB / Boston, Mass.

Minor wear along the edges and in the corners. 1cm surface scratch in the center lower right; 1cm area of accretion at lower left corner. There appears to be a hairline scratch at top. Unable to detect restoration under UV light. The painting appears to be in overall good condition.
