Additional Notes & Condition Report

This is a 19th-century work. Not lined, but patched in several places in the back. There are two large areas of restoration in the background in the upper left quadrant; a repaired hole next to the king's left ear and several other repaired holes in the background. There is a repaired tear roughly 2 inches long on the shoulder of the king's cloak, and an area of restoration on the up-folded ermine lining. Some shadows and contours reinforced; scattered touches of restoration elsewhere.
