Russian Porcelain Figure of a Fisticuffs Fighter
Gardner Manufactory, Verbilki, 1830s-1840s
Modeled as a peasant man in a white tunic in a fighting stance, on rectangular naturalistic base with rocaille molded border, impressed marks and incised numeral under base. Height 7 1/2 inches (19 cm).
