Additional Notes & Condition Report

There is a large repaired "C" shaped tear present the that transverses the subjects eyes. The size of this break is approximately 9 x 7 x 5 inches. The repair seems to be competent and the inpainting associated with the repair is minimal but the break is clearly visible to the naked eye. The work was laid to a panel with wax.
