Additional Notes & Condition Report

Glue relined. Visible stretcher mark. Canvas loose on stretcher, buckling. Two vertical tears with losses to the right of the sitter's face. Contour of the head reinforced. A small area of restoration in the background to the left of the sitter's chin. A repaired diagonal tear (2 1/2 inches long) on the sitter's white left sleeve. Touches of restoration to the face. Upside down T-shaped scrape to the right of the sitter's shoulder.
