The surface is dirty throughout. An area 1 inch by 1/4 inch at bottom of diagonal element shows signs of in-paint under UV light. A pinhead sized area of in-paint at bottom of lowest blue element. The Blue element at far right has a six inch horizontal scratch that extends to the face of the frame.
