18 kt., centering one cushion-shaped sugarloaf cabochon sapphire approximately 8.37 cts., flanked by 4 modified trapezoidal and half moon-shaped diamonds approximately 1.50 cts., signed Yard, circa 1930. Size 4 1/4.

With AGL report no. CS 66792 stating that the sapphire is of Burma (Myanmar) origin, no gemological evidence of heat or clarity enhancement.

Sapphire: deep vivid royal blue, good color concentration, cleanish, translucent, several very small nicks and faint scratch at top of cabochon, not visible to eye, very good polish. With AGL report, Burma origin, no evidence of heat or clarity enhancement.

Diamonds: H-I-mostly VS, one SI.

Good condition. Well-made.
