The circular top above a plain apron, raised on cabriole legs joined by an arched stretcher centering a basket. Height 29 1/2 inches, diameter 28 3/4 inches.

appears in generally good condition; some scuffing and wear to the finish on top side with two minor ripple lines and uniform splitting to veneer along the outer band; some of the veneer along the frieze bands have been replaced and is lifting in some places; table is sturdy; appears to retain all metal mounts and mounts appear to be consistent; some of the chutes are lifting away from the legs; some scuffing to the finish on the legs; the ring shaped mount located beneath the basket is slightly oversized for its location and would benefit from some repostioning; the drawer has a groove on the underside from which to open; long deep drawer and the interior is generally clean; the drawer slides open with ease; the drawer interior is oak; the underboard of the table top has two large cracks and is separating as well as another area of splitting to the wood; the lozenge shaped veneer on interior basket on top of the stretcher has losses and is lifting in places; not signed Linke or any other identifying mark; age: probably mid 20th century
