The elongated openwork oval filigree mount centering one gold collet-set oval topaz approximately 30.00 cts., flanked and edged by 32 old-mine cut diamonds approximately approximately 1.90 cts., circa 1905, approximately 14 dwts.
With GIA report no. 515198051 stating that the center stone is topaz.
