Boston, Mass. The North Bank of Boston, Punched Specimen or Proofs, complete series of ten, comprising $1, $2, $3, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $500 and $1,000 notes, appearing to be on card and printed by New England Bank Note Co. Boston in black. Each has been mounted on old card with heavy mucilage and is unfortunately showing the effects of some staining, there are also minor defects as a result of same yet overall an attractive and scarce unit.
