Publisher's plastic spiral binding and thick card covers illustrated with a color photograph by Man Ray. 12 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches (31 x 24 cm). , 104 pp., of plates plus colophon. Complete with all halftone illustrations. Missing one ring of the spiral plastic binding, light wear, but overall a very attractive copy.
According to 101 Books pp. 80-81, the publisher "attempted to generate demand where none existed by suggesting the edition had sold out," hence the "second edition" statement.
