. 5 x 27 1/8 inches (13 x 69 cm); drawn in black ink, signed "Schulz" in the last panel, next to the date 7-15. The printed United Features Syndicate slug with copyright date of 1952 is pasted to the top of the outline of the second panel.
Lucy, playing tennis, misses an easy ball, because she can't lift the racket. An uncommon early Peanuts strip; the series began syndication in October of 1950.
