Viennese Enameled Silver Chess Set
The partial gilt silver and metal game board decorated with faux pearls and amethyst glass gemstones at the corners, each side set with armorials and battle scenes, the board surface lifting to store the gem set chess pieces cast as knights in armor. Height 6 inches, 21 inches square.

Wear to gilding.
Cracks to light blue enamel panels.
Two of the knights on the corners are lacking their swords and one lacking shield. Other two knights with bent swords.
Four post and chains lining the top have broken off (pieces have been retained).
Wood with old marks and scratches
A few small scattered dents on top/lid
Some of the chess pieces with loss to enamel.
