A few faint spots, central fold flattened, altogether a very bright example, not examined out of frame.

Santini's map of the Northeastern Atlantic coastline, showing the area from Philadelphia to Newfoundland, and including New England, Quebec and Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. This map is closely based on an earlier French version by D'Anville. The decorative cartouche in the lower right quadrant, with a beaver and an animal pelt, references the lucrative fur trade in the area. Provenance: Altea Gallery, London, 2006.
