Modeled after an archaic bronze form, the beast with finely incised feather and scrolling motifs carved with an 'ear cup' in its mouth, the back with a hinged cover with a coiled dragon finial sealing the aperture, the belly incised with archaic style character inscription, the light green stone with areas of brown mottling. Length 5 inches.
