First edition in monthly parts, 20 numbers in 19 parts, original wrappers, housed in a cloth case. 8 3/4 x 5 5/8 inches (23 x 14.5 cm); 40 plates, generally complete as per Hatton & Cleaver, part 15 with "Rigaud" for "Blandois" and with the errata slip in part 16, part 16 also without De Jongh's ad, the Little Dorritt Advertiser to all parts except part XIX/XX. Rebacking and repairs, a few stains and signatures to wrappers, light edgewear, foxing and offsetting to plates, first ad leaf torn with loss in part 1, other wear and small losses, other advertisements likely lacking and thus sold as is.
