Of globular form with a short straight neck and puffed foot, in colorless glass, decorated allover with large dark red colored magnolia blossoms and plum colored branches and leaves, with some mottled yellow and blue coloration at the bottom, satin finish, cameo signature Muller Fres Luneville. Of globular form with a short straight neck and puffed foot, in colorless glass, decorated allover with large dark red colored magnolia blossoms and plum colored branches and leaves, with some mottled yellow and blue coloration at the bottom, satin finish, cameo signature Muller Fres Luneville. Height 12 1/2 inches.
no apparent hairline cracks or rim chips; there are numerous scattered scuff marks and abrasions to the exterior side of the body; there are scattered small, shallow burst air bubbles at the surface of the glass, in the making; not of any real consequence; there is an opalescent quality to the glass, particularly, when a strong light source is held close to the body; there is some staining to the interior side, commensurate with age and usage; there is a slightly pushed in side to the mouth/top exterior rim edge of the vase, apparently as made, and the glass is slightly thinner in this area
