Series of five works issued by Court Gallery Graphics, Copenhagen. Comprises Anton Rooskens; Mogens Balle; Eugène Brands; Jean-Pierre Vielfaure; and Georgi Daskaloff. Copenhagen: Court Graphics, 1967-1969. All but the last one of ten hors commerce copies (and an edition of 100 regular and 25 roman numbered); the last listed copy 60 from the edition of 100. Publisher's buckram clamshell cases in card slipcases. 15 x 11 3/4 inches (38 x 30 cm); limitation leaf on black paper, printed wraparound sleeve with text, and 12 pencil signed lithographs. All but the Daskaloff volume complete and in fine condition; this last is externally fine but contains only seven of the lithographs.
An important series of original artist lithographs by CoBrA artists. Court Galleries was the brainchild of Sam Kaner, an American artist and gallerist who had studied in Paris under Roger Lacourière, Picasso's printer.
