Manuscript survey map dated 1750. A manuscript map on paper with two surveys in ink on one sheet, both inscribed and signed "Surveyed the 25th July 1750/By/Francis Maerschalk." The surveys provide the borders of an "L" shaped property with a high water mark indicated as well as a road with a small house and the other a nearly square property which is a "Maddow at the West side of the Hudson River" with an indication of a large white oak tree. 17 1/2 x 22 inches (44 x 57 cm). The map linen backed. Closed tears and creases, small losses touching the image, lightly soiled.
