Rectangular, the central panel painted with St. Joachim and St. Anna, flanked by St. Constantin and St. Helen, and two saints, in a hinged brass kyot. Height of central panel 3 3/4 inches (9.53 cm), width 3 1/8 inches (7.94 cm), width, opened 9 1/4 inches (23.5 cm).

The metal case with wear consistent with age and use: edges bent, small dents. Areas of inpainting to icons, especially along edges (visible under UV light).
