Nine awards and certificates presented to Jerry Herman. Each framed or of wall plaque form. Largest 20 x 17 inches or smaller. Some minor wear. Includes:
1) The 1970 American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers award in the form of an engraved brass scroll mounted to wood congratulating Jerry Herman for the record breaking run of 2,844 performances of Hello, Dolly!
2) A National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences certificate recognizing the Hello, Dolly! as performed by Louis Armstrong has been elected to the Academy's Hall of Fame;
3) The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences Johnny Mercer Award presented to Jerry Herman in 1987;
4) The Dramatist Guild of America's Frederick Lowe Award presented to Jerry Herman in recognition of his achievements in musical theater;
5) A framed graphic congratulating Jerry Herman on 1,500 performances of La Cage aux Folles. The left side abraded with some paper loss;
6) The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences certificate acknowledging Jerry Herman's election to the Songwriter's Hall of Fame in 1982;
7) A University of Miami doctorate certificate, 1980;
8) The Drama Critics' Circle Award for the Best Musical 1963-64 Hello, Dolly!, this the largest in the lot at 20 x 17 inches;
9) A Theater Hall of Fame Scroll of Honor presented to Jerry Herman in 1986.
Offered with two additional graphics. Being Reproduction of the Jerry Herman Theatre. A reproduction of Curtis J. Woodhouse's color portrait of the theater framed with a reproduction of Al Hirschfeld's portrait of Jerry Herman. 13 x 19 1/2 inches; framed dimensions 18 1/2 x 34 inches. Without frame; and a Poster of Barnaby the Cat. Poster depicting Barnaby among Jerry Herman sheet music, memorabilia etc. The plaque reads "Barnaby - 1985 Celebrity Car Purina Cat Chow. Framed. 27 x 22 inches. This accompanied by five spiral-bound Purina Cat Chow Celebrity Cats 1985 Calendars, featuring Jerry Herman's Barnaby in March! Each 10 1/2 x 10 inches.

He has been responsible for the design of a variety of residential and small commercial projects from conception through construction. As an independent Concept Designer and Illustrator he has participated in onsite workshops for ambitious projects around the world.

Archive of Grace Kelly Letters Achieves $165,600!
In 1949, twenty year old Grace Kelly moved into the Barbizon Hotel for Women in Manhattan, seeking out Broadway auditions and paying modeling gigs. In 1956, Grace Kelly married Prince Rainier of Monaco in one the greatest fairy tale weddings the world had ever seen. In the years between, Kelly starred in stylish Alfred Hitchcock films such as Rear Window and To Catch a Thief and won an Oscar for her performance in The Country Girl. In that first year in New York City, Grace Kelly met Prudence Wise who became a life long friend, personal secretary, and frequent correspondent. Offered is the largest known group of signed handwritten and typed letters, notes, personal photographs of Kelly and her children, and ephemera to come to market. The archive traces Grace Kelly’s remarkable journey from New York to Hollywood to Monaco in her own words in this substantial group of unpublished letters. View Lot
